Todd C. has extensive experience in law enforcement and technology consulting, currently serving as Vice President at Buzz Enterprises Inc since May 2019, where Todd provides consulting services to police agencies and manages real estate investments. Concurrently, Todd has been a Police Sergeant in Support Services for the Village of Hanover Park since July 1999, overseeing various departmental functions including accreditation, recruitment, training, and budget management, with a total annual budget of $1.1 million. Todd's previous roles include supervisory positions in Patrol and as an Intelligence Officer, during which Todd developed and implemented innovative programs for crime analysis, training, and technology integration. Todd began the law enforcement career as a Deputy Sheriff with the Dane County Sheriff's Office, contributing to community safety and investigations. Educationally, Todd holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement Justice Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Western Illinois University.
