Melchiade Ninganza is a seasoned community organizer and communication officer at Village Health Works, where responsibilities include organizing cooperatives and developing new projects since September 2011. Melchiade has also produced various videos and documentaries highlighting Village Health Works' activities. Prior experience includes serving at the National Council of Communication, focusing on radio broadcasting in southern Burundi from January to December 2010, and working as a journalist producer at Isanganiro Radio from September 2008 to January 2010, creating radio shows on various topics. Melchiade holds a degree in history and political sciences with training in journalism from the Public University of Burundi, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2007.
