Philip Martin has a robust background in the baking industry, currently serving as the Academy Manager and ISB Specialist at The Village Bakery Group since May 2015, after progressing through various roles including NPD Assistant, Storeman, and Supervisor cover. Prior experience includes working as a Multi-Skilled Baker and in supervisory and managerial roles at Morrisons from February 2010 to May 2015, and Tesco from July 2003 to February 2010. Philip began a career in the industry at Gordale Garden Centre as a General Worker from January 1998 to July 2003. Philip holds a Level 3 in Baking and a Level 2 in Baking from Coleg Cambria, completed between 2015 and 2017, as well as foundational education at Neston High School and Calday Grammar School.
