Kevin Gilfillan has a diverse work experience, primarily in the travel and tourism industry. Kevin started their career in 1997 as a Customer Service Representative at Standard Life UK. In 2001, they joined TUI Travel PLC as a Holiday Rep and later became a Team Leader. Kevin then worked as a Resort Team Manager from 2004 to 2011, where they focused on training and development, customer satisfaction, and negotiating compensation from suppliers.
In 2012, Kevin joined TUI as a Senior Team Manager, responsible for overseeing operations in Kefalonia and Zante. Kevin ensured profitability, set targets, and developed effective resort teams. From 2012 to 2014, Kevin served as a Product Delivery Manager, responsible for developing and delivering family products and differentiating them from competitors.
Kevin joined TUI again in 2014 as a Senior Retail Manager and later as a Holiday Change Customer Support Manager. Kevin then moved to Villa Plus in 2016, initially as an Overseas Holiday Services Manager and currently holds the position of Head of Overseas Service since 2022.
Kevin Gilfillan attended Queen Anne High School from 1991 to 1997, where they completed their high school education.
