Anita Bull is an accomplished contact centre professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as Contact Centre Manager at Villa Plus since April 2017, Anita previously held roles at GTA, where significant contributions included establishing a smart working programme and leading efforts as the NPS champion for Europe. Prior to GTA, Anita was Head of Operations at HotelConnect Ltd, overseeing multiple departments and contributing to company strategy. Earlier career highlights include supervisory roles at Ryanair and experience in telesales and reservations at Thomas Cook and Preston Travel. Anita's solid foundation in customer service was established through education at Bishop Douglas from 1981 to 1987.
