Wendy (Allen) Dettmer is a seasoned professional in the fields of quality and performance management, community-based programs, and housing services, currently serving as the Director of Quality and Performance at Villa of Hope since June 2024. Previously, Wendy held various senior roles at Volunteers of America Upstate New York, including Vice President and Director of Community Based Programs, and at Catholic Charities Family and Community Services, where responsibilities included managing Rochester's largest women and children's emergency housing shelter. Wendy has also contributed to veteran services as a Program Manager at Warrior Salute Veteran Services. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Services/Counseling Studies from Capella University and a BA from the University of Rochester, complemented by current involvement in the KeyMakers Executive Summit at Cornell University.
