Cynthia Cannon is an experienced professional with a strong background in incident management and staff development within child and family services. Currently serving as an Incident Manager at Villa of Hope since October 2021, Cynthia reviews internal incident reports, ensures compliance with reporting requirements, and facilitates external investigations. Previously, as a Staff Skill Development Specialist, Cynthia provided leadership training and operational guidance to staff.
