Shannon McClung has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Shannon started their career in 2008 as a Registered Nurse at St. John Providence Health System. Shannon then moved on to work at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC, where they held roles such as Nurse Manager, Resident Care Management Director, and Director of Nursing. In 2015, Shannon joined Villa Healthcare and worked as the Director of Reimbursement and later on as the Director of Clinical Services. Throughout their career, Shannon has showcased their expertise in clinical services, reimbursement, and nursing management.

Shannon McClung obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Madonna University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
