Head Chef at Villa Group

Dewa Edi has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Dewa started their career as a 1st cook on a cruise line in 2007 and stayed in the position until 2016. In 2018, they worked as a demi chef at Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Chef De Partie at Marigold Cafe & Bakery, where they gained experience in teamwork and FIFO practices. In 2020, they returned to Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu as a Chef De Partie and stayed until 2022. In 2021, they joined Villa Group as a Head Chef and continued in the same role at Bingin retreat villas from 2022 until October 2022.

From 2002 to 2003, Dewa Edi attended D1 PPLP Dhyana Pura, where they obtained a High School Diploma in the field of F&B Product.
