Marijs van Weelderen is a Senior Designer at Vilans since June 2022, with extensive experience in service and UX design. Previous roles include Service Designer at Essense (February 2020 - July 2022) and various freelance positions from 2012 to 2020, providing expertise to companies such as KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Philips. Notable contributions include user-centric design methods to enhance customer experience and development of digital services for KLM's Crown lounge. Marijs also served as an Interaction Designer at Clockwork and TEMPEL, translating company strategies into user-focused digital solutions. Marijs holds an MSc in Industrial Design from Delft University of Technology (1997 - 2004).
