Patricia Lopez has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Patricia started their career at Hotel da Lapa, where they worked as a Front-Office Shift Leader and Reservations Agent from 1993 to 1995. Patricia then became the Reservations Manager at the same hotel from 1995 to 1998. Patricia then moved on to Belmond, where they held various roles including Reservations Manager, Sales Manager, and Regional Revenue Manager Iberia from 1998 to 2013. Since 2014, they have been working at VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa, initially as a Revenue Manager and currently as the Director of Revenue Management.
Patricia Lopez's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 1988-1989, they attended Escola Secundária S.João do Estoril, where they obtained their high school diploma in the field of humanities. Following this, from 1989 to 1990, they attended Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa, specializing in Reception and Customer Service Techniques. In 2004-2006, Patricia earned a certification in Revenue Management from Cornell University. Later, in 2007-2008, they graduated from Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa, majoring in Hospitality Management. Additionally, in 2006, they obtained a certification in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University.
