Beemarajan SK currently serves as General Manager - HR & IR at Vikram Solar, overseeing capability building and leadership development for a significant production capacity of PV Modules, alongside successful ESG & SA 8000:2014 audit certifications. Previously, Beemarajan held various HR leadership roles, including Plant Head - HR & IR at Nordex Group, where responsibilities included establishing a brownfield factory and transitioning contract manufacturing to in-house operations. At KATERRA, Beemarajan played a pivotal role in setting up four greenfield factories and scaling the organization from zero to 8,000 employees. Additional experiences include Assistant Manager - HR at Gammon India Ltd, focusing on the southern region, and Human Resources Executive at Lotte India Corporation Limited, where key contributions involved employee lifecycle management and compliance. Beemarajan holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University, an MBA in Human Resources from Anna University Chennai, and is pursuing a PGD in Strategic Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli.
