Jaakko Ahti is an experienced Project Manager at Viking Line, currently focusing on Customer Experience and Themes since April 2001. Responsibilities include enhancing customer understanding in collaboration with the Head of Customer Experience Finland, organizing theme and special cruises, and overseeing various product management roles for the Helsinki-Stockholm and Helsinki-Tallinn routes, aimed at increasing passenger volume and meeting sales margins. In previous positions, Jaakko has coordinated conference sales and acted as an Account Manager in Travel Agency Sales. Jaakko holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and has pursued further education in Service Design, Digital Marketing, and Educational Sciences, among other fields.
