Mike Webster is an experienced professional in naval architecture and marine engineering, currently serving as Vice President of US Development & Construction at Viking Cruises since October 2021. Prior roles include Director of Government Programs and Technical Director at Philly Shipyard, Inc., along with Program Manager for C4 Maritime Solutions at L3 Communication Systems – East. Mike's career includes significant contributions to Austal as Technical & Business Development Manager and Chief Naval Architect, overseeing large teams and complex projects in ship design. Earlier experience encompasses roles at Kvaerner Philadelphia Shipyard, Disney Cruise Line, and Litton Industries - Ingalls Shipbuilding. Mike holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the Webb Institute and the University of Michigan.
