Additionally, Fay serves as a Doctor at VIKAND Solutions, providing telemedicine support for cruise lines, and has held positions as Senior Doctor for Virgin Voyages and Doctor for SAGA CRUISES LIMITED and Holland America Line, focusing on enhancing patient care in cruise environments.
