Emil Regard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and Owner of BlueTide Communications Corporation since 2014, Emil has driven the company's growth as an innovative Maritime Managed Service Provider, catering to global maritime customers in the energy and shipping industries. Emil also serves as an Advisor at Vigilus and Board Member at Crimer, leveraging advanced machine learning for crime risk assessment. Prior to these roles, Emil held significant positions including General Manager at ESSI Corporation, where the Communications Division was established, and executive roles at Broadpoint, Hughes Network Systems, and Loral Space & Communications. Emil holds a Master’s degree in Technology Development and Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
