Trong Tang has extensive experience in sales and leadership, working as the Chief Sales Officer for VietnamWorks and previously as the National Sales Director. Prior to that, Tang was the Head of Agency Training & Development at Prudential Viet Nam. Tang holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Throughout their career, Tang has focused on building professional sales teams to deliver outstanding service and achieve production growth through people development and profitable operation.
