Le Hong Tuyen has a strong background in the banking industry with over 20 years of experience. Starting in 1999, Tuyen worked at Maritime Bank as a Manager Business at the Vung Tau Branch for almost a decade. They then joined Navibank as a Director, where they stayed for six years. Tuyen continued to advance their career at PVcomBank, where they served as the Director of KHDN SME for over two years. Following that, Tuyen held the position of Branch Director at OCB for ten months. Currently, Tuyen is working at Vietnam International Bank as a Credit Approval Specialist, a position they have held since May 2021.

Le Hong Tuyen completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Open University Malaysia in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Dai Hoc Kinh Te HCM, which they completed between 1994 and 1998.
