Huy Tran Quang has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Huy began their career as an IT Business Analyst at Vietinbank Aviva Life Insurance Company Ltd. In 2016, they joined Add-On Development LLC as a Software Engineer, where they worked on developing and fixing bugs for Resource Central 4.0. Huy then moved on to Usol Vietnam, where they worked as a Software Engineer for a brief period from April to July 2017. Huy then joined Adaptis Gmbh as a Software Engineer from July 2017 to March 2019. In 2019, Huy became a Data Scientist at Sendo.vn for three years, until December 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Data Scientist Specialist at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) - Ngân Hàng Quốc Tế, starting from May 2023.

Huy Tran Quang holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Engineer's degree in the same field of study at the same institution from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Huy also obtained a Certificate of Participation in Codegoda 2023 from Unstop (formerly Dare2Compete) in April 2023. Furthermore, they have an Overview of Insurance certification, which was obtained in July 2015, but the institution from which they received it is unspecified.
