Hoa Ngo Thanh, MBA, CMA, has over 17 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as a financial accounting specialist at Vietcombank since October 2006. Responsibilities include guiding financial policies, preparing financial statements, conducting data analysis, and advising on major projects such as MPA and ERP. Previous roles include senior internal auditor with expertise in auditing various financial operations and compliance, as well as general accountant, managing trial balances and tax reporting. Education includes an MBA in Management of Banking and Finance from Solvay Brussels School, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from National Economics University, and certification as a Management Accountant, alongside passing CFA Level I.
