Poly Choy has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Poly is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Viet Tinh Anh JSC - My Kingdom Toy Shops. Before that, they held various managerial roles in Hasbro, including Go-To-Market Director for multiple countries, Thailand Country Manager, and Asia Regional Marketing Director. Prior to that, they worked at adidas and Reebok in regional marketing and go-to-market positions. Poly also has experience in the toy industry, having worked as the China Marketing Manager at Mattel. In the beginning of their career, Poly Choy worked as the Marketing Manager for China & Hong Kong at Hush Puppies Brand - Ossia International Ltd.

Poly Choy earned an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Hull, graduating in the year 2001 after completing the program from 1998 to 2001.
