Todd Zehnder is the current Chief Operating Officer and Director at Viemed. Prior to their current position, Todd served as the Finance Manager and Corporate Controller at VieMed from January 2016 to December 2017. During their time at VieMed, Todd successfully integrated and implemented 15 companies to a central ERP, established internal financial controls for subsidiaries purchased through a roll-up strategy, streamlined corporate consolidation process and financial reporting support, and transitioned finance headquarters in Los Angeles, CA into two business unit headquarters in Cincinnati, OH and Lafayette, LA.

Before joining VieMed, Todd was with PetroQuest Energy LLC from January 2014 to December 2016 where they served as Financial Reporting. Their responsibilities included SEC Reporting, Financial Reporting Duties, and Other Responsibilities such as Employee stock compensation administration and Financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

Todd began their career in 2011 at Ernst and Young as part of the Assurance Services team.

Todd Zehnder has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor's in Accounting from the same school. Todd is also certified as a CPA and an MBA.

They work with Ronnie Miller - Chief Revenue Officer, William Frazier - Chief Medical Officer & Director, and John Collier - CTO. Todd Zehnder reports to Casey Hoyt, CEO.
