Patrick Sorensen is an experienced leader in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Learning & Development Leader at Viega LLC since July 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Talent Development Leader at GeoStabilization International® from August 2017 to July 2023, and owned Sorensen Consulting LLC from September 2009 to July 2018, where services included HR consulting and organizational development. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager of HR/Talent Acquisition at Trumpet Behavioral Health, Leadership Development Program Manager at ProBuild Holdings, and Regional Operations/Market Director at Stock Building Supply. Patrick holds a BS in Business from Weber State University, a BS in Accounting from Idaho State University, and completed the Executive Leadership Program at the Darden School of Business.
