Ridhima Prabhat is an experienced professional in human resources and business counseling, currently serving as a Business Counselor at Vidyamandir Classes since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ridhima held the position of HR Manager at MENTORS EDUSERV from October 2021 to July 2022. Ridhima began the career journey at DigiTout Media Private Limited, where contributions were made as both an employee and intern from November 2017 to March 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master of Human Resource Management from L N Mishra Institute of Economic Development And Social Change (LNMI) obtained between 2019 and 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Magadh University, completed from 2014 to 2017.
