Emma Pierce has held a variety of roles in the past eight years. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for Computer Aided Architectural Design at the University of Virginia, as well as an Architectural Intern at Laura Heim Architect, PLLC. In 2015, they became a Marketing Coordinator at Perkins Eastman, and in 2014, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Tamarack Camps. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Client Operations Manager at Zooppa and a Client Solutions Manager at Vidsy.

Emma Pierce received their Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia in 2013, and a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan in 2015.
