Mike Bartlett

Mike is a former Texas Instruments Vice President. He worked for Texas Instruments (TI) for 28 years and managed many aspects of TI’s analog and mixed-signal semiconductor business. Since retiring, he has been closely involved with many startup companies and is presently on the board of 3 early-stage companies: Faradox in Austin, TX, ErgoNurse in Frisco, TX, and Cymbet in Minneapolis, MN. Mike is also President and Founder of Vital Art and Science Incorporated, an early-stage medical equipment start-up company focused on providing home-based vision function testing for tracking degenerative diseases of the eye, including Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD) and diabetic retinopathy.

He is also co-founder and Chairman of the North Texas Angel Network (NTAN) and has considerable experience with new business ventures and startups. NTAN has the goal to identify and fund promising early-stage technology companies. NTAN currently has 40 accredited investor members.

Mike graduated in 1976 from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering Degree and received his Master's in Electrical Engineering from SMU in 1979.
