Lynn Hampshire is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in portfolio governance, product development, and project management within the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Governance & PMO at VidaCorp since July 2024, Lynn previously held leadership roles at BWX Limited, including Head of Portfolio & Product Development and R&D Operations Manager. Lynn's career progression includes significant roles at Hiro Brands Ltd and Heat Group, where expertise in new product development and sourcing was demonstrated. Early in the career, Lynn gained valuable skills as a PA at BIC Australia. Lynn holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology from the University of Guelph.
