Joana Massana is a dedicated author specializing in children's literature and educational content for individuals with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), currently serving as the CEO and Founder of JoTita Gonçalves. Joana also works as a 1-1 SEND Tutor with Teaching Personnel, guiding pupils to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Additional roles include Exam Invigilator at VICTVS and CEO of Learn with JoTita, where engaging and educational videos for children are created. Joana's extensive experience in support roles includes serving as a Senior Support Worker with Newcross Healthcare Solutions and as a Senior Shift Leader with Accomplish Group.
