VICTUS Networks is a Mobile Network Sharing Company created by the joint venture of Vodafone Greece and NOVA (with 50:50 participation). The company’s main objective is to manage the Radio Access and Transport Networks (RAN) of its parent companies and, in parallel, implement a partial active radio network sharing (MORAN) for the 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G technologies mostly in rural and in selected urban areas of Greece. VICTUS Networks is a non-market facing company providing services exclusively to its shareholders (Vodafone Greece and NOVA Hellas).

The Senior Radio Engineering team at VICTUS Networks is responsible for the planning, design, configuration, integration, and optimization of the Radio Access Networks (RAN) for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. They ensure seamless connectivity and superior network performance by handling complex technical challenges, conducting critical performance assessments, and implementing enhancements to improve coverage and capacity. This team collaborates closely with other technical units to ensure the reliable operation and evolution of network services, fulfilling the company's commitment to delivering top-quality networks for Vodafone Greece and NOVA Hellas.
