Mairi Ferguson Prescott has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as the Head of Reward and Benefits at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change since February 2023. Previous roles include Director of Compensation at Aptean, Head of Reward at Victrex, and Reward Director for Western Europe at Iron Mountain. Mairi also held positions such as Compensation & Benefits Lead at CNR International and International HR & Global Mobility at Harris CapRock Communications. Earlier experience includes roles at the UK Border Agency, Scottish Business in the Community, and the Home Office. Mairi completed education at the University of Strathclyde and Gairloch High School.
