Heather Fahn serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Victory Restaurant Group since September 2020. Previously, Heather worked as Controller at UPG Enterprises LLC from July 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing accounting functions for a $50M business unit, driving revenue through analytics, and overseeing financial reporting. Additionally, Heather contributed significantly to financial performance and regulatory compliance at another UPG Enterprises portfolio company, where internal controls were established and monitored. Earlier in career, Heather was Unit Controller at J. Alexander's Restaurants from 1998 to 2015, supporting financial operations for a restaurant unit. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University Global and an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Waubonsee Community College.
