David Cross is the current Director at Victory Resources. Cross has a long history of providing technical support to schools and businesses, with a focus on customer service and solutions-oriented approaches. Cross began their career at Cipafilter, where they worked as a Tier 2 Network Support Technician from March 2015 to June 2017. In this role, Cross was responsible for providing escalated technical support to customers utilizing Windows 7, iOS, and Chrome OS devices. David was also responsible for accurate reporting of faults in firmware and assisting in the initial installation of web proxy content filters. Cross then went on to instruct newly hired technicians in standard Linux programs, shell commands, and log files.

David Cross has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Western Illinois University and an Associate of Arts from Black Hawk College.
