Aaron David Born has extensive experience in church leadership and security management. Since January 2016, Aaron has served as the Lead Pastor for House Churches at Victory Church, overseeing the recruitment, training, planting, and ongoing support of a global house church network. Aaron also held the position of Director of Men's Ministry, managing various programs within a multi-site, multicultural church in the Greater Atlanta area, and served as the Security Lead for Victory at Hamilton Mill. In addition to church roles, Aaron has been a Partner at Innovation Meets Leadership®️ since July 2019. Previous experience includes warehouse supervision at HESCO, and various managerial positions in security at the Atlanta Event Center at Opera and Sutra Lounge ATL, among others. Aaron earned an Associate's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University between 2012 and 2015.
