Andrew Ashbaucher has an extensive work experience history. Andrew started their career as a Store Manager at Finish Line, Inc.I in 1997 and worked there until 2003. Andrew then became the President of Little Dipper Associates, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. After that, they worked as a District Sales Manager at Sears Home Services from 2008 to 2014. Andrew also had a role as a Sales Manager at Home Depot Interiors in 2014 and as a Field Operations Manager at Robin Aire Heating & Cooling Inc. in 2015. Andrew then joined Renewal by Andersen as a Sales Manager from 2015 to 2019 and later became a National Sales Council Member from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they took on the role of a Home Builder before joining Victors Roofing in 2020 as the Director of Sales.

Andrew Ashbaucher earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Anderson University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Glasgow High School, focusing on Success in Life Skills, from 1990 to 1993.
