Andrea Schneeberger is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various leadership and management roles. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Victorinox AG and previously at V-ZUG AG, Andrea has held multiple positions, including Head HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Vitogaz Switzerland, formerly Shell Gas Switzerland, and Human Resources Associate at Serono Pharma Schweiz, as well as serving as Assistant to the General Manager in HR Services at Johnson & Johnson. Andrea holds a Master in Advanced Studies of Business Administration from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, completed in 2015, and is currently pursuing further education at the University of the Fraser Valley.
