Heather MacArthur has a strong background in home and community care, holding various leadership roles at VON Canada since December 2007, including Associate Vice President and Regional Executive Director. Heather also served as Executive Director (I) at The Independent Living Centre of Waterloo Region from April 2021 to December 2021. MacArthur has educational background in nursing and kinesiology, graduating from Humber College and Illinois State University.
