Bharat Bhushan has extensive work experience in the engineering and production departments. Bharat currently holds the position of Head of Engineering at Victora Tool engineers Pvt. Ltd. Since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Millennium Technotools Pvt. Ltd. where they served as the Head of Engineering Department and Production Manager starting from 2013. In these roles, they were responsible for new auto parts development, CNC programming, and cycle time reduction. Bharat also held the role of Head of Production Department at Millennium Technotools Pvt. Ltd. starting from 2013.

Bharat Bhushan attended Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a DME from RVD in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
