Art Girard currently serves as the Transformation & Operational Excellence Manager at Victaulic since October 2022. Prior to this role, Art held various positions at Verizon, including Process Transformation Manager, where responsibilities included identifying transformational opportunities across multiple functions and assisting in the establishment of key processes as part of the Quality Management System. Earlier experiences include serving as Operational Excellence Lead at Pfizer, where Art implemented Continuous Improvement activities, and Senior Consultant roles at SSA & Company, guiding operational process analysis and execution. Art's career also encompassed leading Lean initiatives at Citizens Bank and delivering Six Sigma training at Quest Diagnostics. Art earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering & Material Science from the University of Connecticut.
