Amal Rajan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Amal began their career as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies in 2008 and later became a Senior Project Engineer. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of a System Design Engineer at the same company. Amal then moved to ARICENT TECHNOLOGIES (HOLDINGS) LIMITED as a Technical Lead in 2016. Amal also worked at Microsoft (via Aricent) as an Electrical Engineer from 2016 to 2018. Following this, they joined Oracle as a Hardware Design Lead, later becoming a Lead Hardware Developer and finally a Principal Hardware Developer. Currently, Amal holds the position of Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Vicon, a subsidiary of Oxford Metrics.

Amal Rajan's education history includes a Master of Science (MSc) degree in System on Chip from the University of Southampton, which was obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Kerala, from 2003 to 2007.
