David Turcotte has extensive experience in intelligence systems and signals intelligence. Currently serving as the Intelligence Systems Technical Coordinator at VNE, LLC since February 2006, David oversees technical operations in intelligence systems. Prior to this role, David served in the United States Marine Corps from August 1991 to October 2004 as a Signals Intelligence Officer. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington.
