Avantika Vardhan has worked as a Business Analyst at Vichara Technologies since January 2021. Prior to that, they were a Portfolio Risk Analyst at ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LIMITED from October 2018 to January 2021. In January 2018, Avantika worked as a Finance Analyst at Wells Fargo for a period of eight months.

Avantika Vardhan has a solid educational background. Avantika obtained a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Ranchi Women's College in the years 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they pursued further education and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from INDUS BUSINESS ACADEMY - IBA, BANGALORE, graduating in 2017.

Avantika has also acquired additional certifications to enhance their skills. Avantika received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KPMG India. Furthermore, they obtained a Peregrine certification from the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

Continuing their professional development, Avantika recently pursued a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) program at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur from 2021 to 2022.
