Lucas Champenois possesses extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering. Currently serving as Responsable méthode maintenance at Groupe Vicat since June 2022, Lucas oversees maintenance organization, project management, and budget tracking while leading a team of three. Prior roles include Adjoint directeur de site at HEINRICH BOCK, focusing on continuous improvement and maintenance, and Conducteur de travaux at Sogetrel, where project planning and execution were key responsibilities. Earlier, Lucas gained valuable insights through an engineering internship in fiber deployment and a brief stint as stagiaire chargé d'affaires at Actemium. Lucas holds a degree from Polytech Nancy, completed between 2015 and 2020.
