Eric Nicolet is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in industrial project management, particularly in the design, implementation, and improvement of complex systems. Currently serving as the project manager for the material recovery installations at Groupe Vicat since April 2019, Eric oversees the design and commissioning of treatment stations, conducting feasibility studies and managing budgets. Previously, Eric held roles such as Project Manager in Performance and Investments Management at Groupe Vicat and Supply Chain Manager at PCh, where responsibilities included managing investments and supply-chain operations. Earlier career experiences include project management roles at EXO INTERNATIONAL and NAVAL GROUP, focusing on advanced engineering projects. Eric holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from Ecole centrale de Lyon and has completed several internships in manufacturing and project management.
