Jeffrey A. Haithcock, MD is a full-time practicing neuroradiologist in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, currently serving as Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) for a sub-specialized radiology practice of over 100 physicians. He also holds a faculty appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medical Education at Texas A&M Health Science Center.

Dr. Haithcock received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his MD degree from The Ohio State University. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and Diagnostic Radiology residency at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, and subsequently completed fellowships in Diagnostic Neuroradiology and Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Haithcock is board certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology, and holds senior memberships in the Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery and the American Society of Neuroradiology.
