Shawn Lim has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Shawn currently holds the position of Vice President, Structured Credit at Vibrant Capital Partners, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President, Corporate Structured Products at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. from February 2020 to October 2021. Before joining Oak Hill Advisors, L.P., Shawn was employed at Nomura as a Vice President in Securitized Products Research from June 2014 to February 2020. Shawn began their career as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch, where they worked from July 2012 to August 2013.

From 2008 to 2012, Shawn Lim attended Singapore Management University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics. Following this, they enrolled at Columbia University from 2013 to 2014, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mathematics of Finance.
