Sushma Iyer, CPA, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and auditing, currently serving as a Finance Manager in Corporate Treasury at BMO Harris Bank since October 2008, focusing on liquidity and funding risk management. Additionally, Sushma is a Senior Audit Manager, leading audits with a risk-based approach and implementing control remediations. Active in the community, Sushma is the Action Center Coordinator for Vibha, facilitating communication between the executive board and local chapters, and co-led the Vibe 2015 event. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte and Touche, assessing enterprise risks, and as a Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, specializing in Oracle ERP implementations. Sushma holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Birmingham, a CPA from AICPA, and a CISA from ISACA, along with a BCom in Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
