An Verhelst has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and research sectors, currently serving as a Purchaser at VIB since January 2022. Prior roles include Lab Operations & Purchase Manager at MRM Health and MRM Technologies from February 2020 to February 2022, and a similar position at ProDigest from February 2009 to February 2022, where involvement included senior scientist duties. Earlier experience includes validation engineering at CTG for a brief period in late 2008, and research positions at Innogenetics from January 2001 to November 2008, and Ghent University from June 1999 to December 2000.
