Ramanathan Srinivasan serves as the Sr. Director of Global Program Management for Complex Products at Viatris, a role held since April 2021, contributing to the company's mission of addressing global healthcare needs by providing access to medicines for nearly 1 billion patients. Prior to Viatris, Ramanathan worked at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as the Director of the Program Management Office for the Biologic Development Group, enhancing operational processes for biologics. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Pfizer in Site Business Operations and Global Program Management, as well as positions at Piramal Pharma Solutions, Lupin India, and Serum Institute of India, encompassing cell culture manufacturing, project management, and vaccine production. Ramanathan holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Madras, supplemented by a Professional Certification in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
