Kacy Magnone is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR M&A and Head of Global Talent Management, Learning and Development at Viatris since November 2020, Kacy previously held several key positions at Mylan from February 2014 to November 2020, including Head of Global Talent Management and Acquisition and Senior Project Manager for Global Total Rewards. Earlier career experiences include roles at Cardinal Health from May 2010 to February 2014 in various HR capacities.
