Damon Daniels is currently a Production Solutions Engineer at ViaTech since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing the internal Solimar automation system and establishing new processes to enhance workflow communication and reduce errors on the production floor. Previous experience includes serving as an Application/Systems Engineer at IO Integration, supporting Dalim clients and collaborating with various stakeholders to determine suitable systems for customer projects. At Axiom Studios Group, Damon held the role of DAM Specialist and Production Manager, overseeing the internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and print production. Additional positions held include Creative Services Project Manager at Funimation, DAM Admin at Performance POP, and Director of Research and Development at The Gough Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Lamar University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
